On Saturday i rode the Coronation Double Century in Swellendam with the Plett Club 100. Posted by Nicholas Hops on Tuesday, November 1, 2011,
Last week the Cape Epic route came out!!! Let me be not the first to say that it looks like fun....A LOT of fun, with a light spattering of death and sorrow inbetween, but hopefully fun will come out best! One of the days that I have in mind is the 147km 2900m of climbing in the middle. That is a long way, a really long way on a mountain bike, and even more of a long way for me, simply because the furthest I have ever gone on a mountain bike is 100km. While I love mountain biking I don't get ...
